Privacy Policy
AI Image Prompts (the "app") is published by BR Apps Hub ("we," "us," or "our"). This policy explains what information the app handles, why, who receives it, and what choices you have. It covers the Android and iOS versions. By using the app you agree to it. Read it together with our Terms of Use.
There is no sign-up. The app never asks for your name, email, photos, contacts, or GPS location, and we do not sell your data.
1. What the app does
AI Image Prompts is a library of AI image prompts. You browse prompts, reveal the full text, copy, favorite, and share them. The app does not generate images and runs no AI model. When you paste a prompt into an outside AI image tool of your choice, that is between you and that tool — we send it nothing and receive nothing back, and its own privacy policy applies there.
The app has no upload feature and does not request camera, gallery, microphone, or contacts access.
2. Permissions
• Internet and network state — load prompts, images, categories, settings, and subscription status.
• Notifications (optional) — deliver push messages if you allow them; you can turn this off in your device settings.
• Billing / In-app purchase — Premium subscriptions, processed by the store.
• Advertising ID (Android) / App Tracking Transparency (iOS) — show and measure ads for users who are not Premium.
3. Information we collect
3.1 Setting up your installation
The app works without any sign-up, so instead of an account it recognises your installation by your device. When you first open the app with an internet connection, it registers that installation with our servers, sending basic device information — an identifier for your installation, your device make, model and operating system version, the app version, and your general area (city, region and country, based on your IP address, not GPS) — and receives back the access key it uses from then on.
This lets your favorites and Premium status work without you entering anything. It does not include your name, email, phone number, or precise location. The access key is kept in your device's secure keystore or keychain.
3.2 What you do in the app
• Favorites — the prompt id is saved to your app record so your Favorites list is there next time.
• Prompt reveals — revealing a prompt adds to a popularity counter for that prompt.
• Reports — if you report a prompt, we receive the reason you chose, your optional short note, and details of the reported prompt. Reporting is optional.
• Feedback — Send Feedback opens your own email app; we receive only what you write and your sender address.
• Sharing — your device's share sheet passes the content to the app you pick; we do not see it.
3.3 Notifications
If you allow notifications, we store the push token for your installation and whether permission is granted, so we can send messages and stop when you turn them off.
3.4 Subscriptions
Premium is sold by Google Play or the App Store and managed with RevenueCat.
The store handles payment — we never receive your card, bank, or billing details. RevenueCat and our servers receive your installation identifier and the purchase and entitlement details needed to grant, verify, and restore Premium, plus the basic device information in 3.1 for support.
Your expiry date is cached on your device so Premium works during a cold start with no network.
3.5 Analytics and crash reports
The app uses Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics to see how features are used and to fix problems.
This includes screen views, feature events, ad revenue reported by the ad SDK, and crash reports.
Your installation identifier is used to group events and crashes. We read this data in aggregate, not to profile you.
3.6 Ads
The app is free and, for users who are not Premium, funded by ads served through Google AdMob. Google and its ad partners may use your advertising ID, IP address, device and app information, and ad interactions to select, cap, measure, and protect ads — see https://policies.google.com/technologies/ads.
Where the law requires it, the app shows a consent form before requesting personalised ads, and on iOS it asks for App Tracking Transparency permission. You can change this from Settings → Privacy options where available, or reset your advertising ID in device settings. Premium subscribers see no ads. Rewarded ads are optional and disclosed before they play.
3.7 Kept only on your device
Your onboarding status, cached favorites, cached Premium expiry, and timings used to pace the paywall, rate-us prompt, and ads stay on your device and are removed when you uninstall.
4. What we do not collect
No name, email, phone number, or address (unless you email us). No photos, videos, files, camera, or microphone — there is no upload feature. No contacts, messages, or installed-app list. No GPS or precise location. No card or bank details. No browsing history from outside the app.
5. Why we use it
To run the app, save favorites and Premium status, process subscriptions, show ads, send notifications you allowed, review reports, fix crashes, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations.
Where GDPR applies, our legal bases are our contract with you, your consent (ads and notifications), our legitimate interests (stability, security, improvement), and legal obligations. You can withdraw consent at any time — see section 8.
6. Who receives it
We do not sell your personal information.
Acting for us, under contract: Firebase (Analytics, Crashlytics, Cloud Messaging, Remote Config), RevenueCat (subscriptions), Google Play and the App Store (payments), an IP-lookup provider (general area at setup), and our hosting provider.
As an independent party: Google AdMob and its advertising partners, which use advertising identifiers and ad request data for their own advertising purposes as described in 3.6.
We may also disclose information where the law requires it, to investigate fraud, abuse, or a safety threat, to enforce our Terms of Use, or in connection with a merger or sale of assets.
We and these providers may store data in countries other than yours, including India and the United States. For transfers out of the EEA or UK we rely on our providers' safeguards and encryption in transit.
7. How long we keep it
• App record (installation identifier, device information, general area, favorites) — while the app is in use and up to 24 months after your last activity.
• Subscription records — for the life of the subscription and afterwards as needed for support, refunds, fraud prevention, and tax or accounting rules.
• Reports — as long as needed to review them and record the outcome.
• Analytics events — up to 14 months; crash reports up to 90 days.
• Ad data — under Google's own retention policies.
• Device-only data and the access key — until you uninstall or clear app data.
8. Your choices and rights
You can add or remove favorites, turn notifications off in device settings, review ad consent from Settings → Privacy options where available, reset your advertising ID, cancel Premium in your store account, and uninstall the app.
Depending on where you live you may also have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your data, to object to or restrict processing, to withdraw consent, and to complain to your data protection authority.
To make a request, email rajeshbhayani05@gmail.com with the subject "Request to delete my data". As the app has no login, include your device make and model, the app version from Settings, and roughly when you installed it. We reply within 30 days. For advertising data held by Google, use Google's own controls. Full steps are on our Data Deletion page.
9. Children
The app is for users aged 13 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has used the app, contact us and we will delete the related records.
10. Security
Traffic between the app, our servers, and our providers uses HTTPS/TLS. The access key is kept in your device's secure keystore or keychain. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
11. Third-party links
The AI Tools tab, notification links, and shared content can open services we do not operate. Their own terms and privacy policies apply there.
12. Changes
We may update this policy. The "Last updated" date below will change, and for material changes we will tell you in the app. Continuing to use the app means you accept the updated policy.
